Refund Policy

We hope that you have an immaculate experience shopping with us. If by any means, you feel unsatisfied with the product, or you received the wrong product, then you can contact us for a refund. The refund policy is fairly simple and straightforward. For the queries or the refund you can contact us here at sales@bulkbathrooms.co.uk. Although we do facilitate the refunds and accommodate our customers by any means possible, there are some regulations that you must note before returning the product:

• The purchased product should be returned within 30 days of the delivery. 
• The product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way we will cover the return shipping cost
• If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit or you no longer want the item, no return shipping fee will be charged and we will cover the return shipping cost.
• The product must be undamaged and unused, and all the parts of the product, if any, should be intact in the careful packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all the incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. 
• Products must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method.
• The personalized product or item is not eligible for the refund unless it is damaged, or you received the wrong item. 
• For the refund, you are advised to take the picture of the product by clearly highlighting the problem and sending it to customer support. 

Please note that if the product does not fulfill any of the above criteria, it will not be refunded as per company policy. When submitting the refund request, please attach the following information

• Order Number
• Image or video of the product you ordered
• Image or video of the fault of the product
• The reason why you are returning the product. 

The company will respond to your query or the refund emails within 48 hours, and we will initiate the refund process within 5 days after receiving back the product.  Please note that we initiate the delivery of the order within 1 business day, so any change or cancellation request will not be facilitated after 24 hours of placing the order...
